Happy 4th of July

Anthony and Larry rode in their annual cub scout 4th of July parade. I decided to be with the younger kids, since I rode last year. This is the video of the boys passing by us. Please excuse the shaky camera. I was trying to help Ashley and watch Andrew at the same time.

I took the kids to the lights over the lake the night before. Little did I know that it would not be over and home until after 11 pm. The to get the kids up and going in the morning before 8 was the hardest thing to do.

We arrived and was able to meet up with Aunt Laurie, Pap, Mem, Courtnie, and Jeff. We had fun. I was very proud of the two kids for behaving so well.

Even Aunt Laurie got into it when her Alma mater marched by. You still have the groove Aunt Laurie.

The kids enjoyed sitting on the edge of the street.

Courtnie was helping Ashley see better and it turned into a great picture. Wow, does Ashley have the ability to strike a pose:)

Here are some other random pictures of the kids.

Birthday Party

With all of the stress of Andrew, I forgot to post the pictures of Larry's birthday. Larry and I had already purchased a massive grill before school got out and so he had his present. Anthony picked out the design for the cake and I spent to much time on it. I really love him and was happy to do it.
The field is a white cake and the football is a red velvet cake, with dark chocolate candy pieces. HAPPY 38TH BIRTHDAY LARRY!!!!
